Currently we have DHL Express & Express Mail Service (EMS)  with shipping maximum up to 70KG with location based rates.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we do. Some specific products will not shipping to some counties/ regions.

Shipping cost?

Shipping costs are dependent on your location and product weights on your order. Our online store shows the shipping fee and shipping cost automatically on the checkout.

How can I track my shipment?

We will send you the tracking code of the shipment when the parcel has been sent.

Changing the shipping address?

You can easily change your shipping address on your account. You just need to login and click “my account” and “edit”. You can also change the shipping address during the checkout process if you need. Just click “edit” below “shipping address” before place order

How do I place an Order?

You can order easily using our online platform. When you find a product you need, you can add it to cart, login and go through the ordering process. After the order is ready, you will receive order summary to your email. Order summary will also be stored to your account.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Do I need an account to place an order?

No! You are welcome to place an order without having to create a user account. No sign-up or login is required to order. you can check out as guest. provide necessary information to order shipping. If you do sign up to be a user , you can create a profile, keep track of your order history, wish list, etc.

How Do I Track My Order?

As soon as your order is ready to be shipped out we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is uploaded. You will also be able to track your order when you log into your account. Go to Order Tracking and enter your tracking number to see the status of your order delivery.
