Return and Cancellation Policy

  • 1. 45-Day Authorized Return Policy

    We accept authorized returns within 45 calendar days from the date the product was received by the buyer or original recipient, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

    All returns must be pre-authorized. Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.

    To qualify for a return:

    • Item must be unused

    • Item must be in original, resalable condition

    • All original packaging, hardware, manuals, labels, and accessories must be included

    • Item must not have been:

      • Installed

      • Mounted

      • Plugged in

      • Programmed

      • Disassembled

      • Modified

      • Painted or altered

      • Damaged due to improper installation or handling

    We reserve the sole right to determine whether a returned item meets return eligibility requirements.

    We are not responsible for:

    • Installation or labor costs

    • Diagnostic fees

    • Towing charges

    • Rental vehicle costs

    • Loss of income

    • Additional repair expenses

    • Any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages

    This limitation applies regardless of the nature of the claim.


    2. Restocking Fee

    All approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the original purchase price.

    The restocking fee may apply if:

    • The return is not due to our error

    • The item was ordered incorrectly by the customer

    • The item is no longer needed

    • The original packaging is damaged or incomplete

    • The product shows signs of handling

    Restocking fees are deducted from the refund amount.

    Shipping charges (original and return) are non-refundable.


    3. Non-Returnable Items

    The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

    • Electrical parts that have been:

      • Plugged in

      • Opened

      • Unsealed

      • Installed

    • Used or installed parts

    • Special order or custom-made items

    • Clearance or final sale items

    • Items returned without prior authorization

    • Items returned after 45 calendar days

    • Parts damaged due to improper installation

    • Items missing original packaging or components

    • Fluids, lubricants, and chemical products

    • Safety-related components once opened

    Any item returned that falls under the non-returnable category will be rejected or returned at the customer’s expense.


    4. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

    Upon delivery, inspect all packages immediately.

    If you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect item:

    • Repackage the item in its original shipping container.

    Failure to report issues within 45 calendar days will void eligibility for replacement or refund, regardless of fault.

    We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier in accordance with our Shipping Policy.


    5. Return Procedure

    To initiate a return:

    • Provide your Order or Invoice Number

    • If unavailable, provide:

      • Full name used when ordering

      • Approximate purchase date

    Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

    All returned items must be securely packaged. We are not responsible for items damaged due to inadequate return packaging.

    We reserve the right to:

    • Refuse improperly packaged returns

    • Deny returns that do not meet eligibility criteria

    • Issue partial refunds if items are not in resalable condition


    6. Refund Processing

    Refunds are processed within 24–72 business hours after the returned item is received and inspected.

    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

    Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 1–7 business days for the credit to appear.

    We reserve the right to delay refunds pending inspection or verification.


    7. Core Returns

    What Is a Core Charge?

    Certain aftermarket parts (e.g., turbochargers and other rebuildable components) include a refundable core charge.

    To qualify for a core refund:

    • Use the same box in which the replacement part was delivered.

    • The core must:

      • Be complete

      • Not physically broken

      • Not cracked or excessively corroded

      • Be reusable (failed but rebuildable)

      • Have all fluids drained

    Damaged, incomplete, or contaminated cores will not qualify for refund.

    Customer is responsible for all core return shipping costs.

    Core charges and taxes may vary depending on jurisdiction.


    8. Order Cancellation Policy

    Orders may be canceled only if they have not been packed, processed, or shipped.

    You may cancel before receiving the electronic Order Confirmation email.

    Once the Order Confirmation email has been issued:

    • The order enters immediate processing.

    • Cancellation is no longer guaranteed.

    • If shipped, the order must follow the Return Policy.

    We reserve the right to deny cancellation requests once fulfillment has begun.


    9. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law:

    • Our total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

    • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.

    • No warranty is expressed or implied beyond the manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable.

    • Product compatibility is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise explicitly confirmed in writing.
