Shipping Policy

1. Overview

The delivery timeframes provided on our website are calculated based on destination, package size, and shipping carrier transit times.

Please Note:
All displayed delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are committed to keeping you informed of any updates and to delivering your parts as quickly as possible.

Business Days refer to Monday through Friday only.
Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays (including holidays that fall on weekdays) are not considered business days.


2. How to Calculate Delivery Timeframes

Example #1

If your order has a delivery timeframe of 3–5 business days and tracking shows the order left our warehouse on Monday, begin counting from the following business day (Tuesday).
Assuming no holidays fall within that timeframe, your package may arrive on Thursday, Friday, or Monday of the following week.

Example #2

If your order has a delivery timeframe of 3–5 business days and tracking shows the order left our warehouse on Friday, and a holiday falls on Saturday, counting begins on Monday (the next business day).
You may expect delivery by Friday.

We do not process, ship, or deliver packages on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.


3. Shipping Restrictions

FTOnline.co does not ship to:

  • PO Box addresses

  • Mailbox forwarding addresses

  • APO/FPO addresses

Orders placed using these address types may result in delays or cancellation.

Shipping charges (for both original orders and returns) are non-refundable.


4. Order Processing & Delivery Timeframe

Most orders are processed and leave our warehouse within 24–48 hours from the order confirmation date, provided the item is in stock (unless otherwise specified).

Delivery/transit times vary depending on:

  • Package size

  • Destination country/region

  • Shipping carrier

Small and medium-sized packages are typically delivered within 7–14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date they leave our warehouse.


5. Damaged Shipments

Upon receiving your order, please inspect all packages and items carefully for:

  • Shipping damage

  • Missing items

  • Incorrect parts

While our warehouses take all precautions to prevent damage, it may occasionally occur.

If you receive a damaged part, contact us immediately to avoid being charged return freight both ways.

We are not responsible for damaged, missing, or incorrect parts after 90 business days from the delivery date, regardless of fault.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All such claims must be reported directly to the shipping carrier. See Risk of Loss below for additional information.


6. Risk of Loss & FOB Shipping Terms

All items purchased from our website are shipped under FOB Shipping Point terms.

This means:

  • Ownership (title) and risk of loss transfer to the customer at the moment the carrier accepts the goods for transport.

  • Once the shipment leaves our warehouse, the carrier assumes responsibility for transportation.

We are not directly responsible for:

  • Lost shipments

  • Stolen packages

  • Carrier delays

  • Delivery errors caused by the shipping company

However, we will assist customers in filing a claim with the carrier when necessary.

You must contact us within two (2) full days of the carrier’s estimated delivery date if your shipment has not been received.

All claim requests must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the shipment date.
